...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM CDT TUESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Minnesota,
including the following counties, in south central Minnesota, Blue
Earth, Brown, Faribault, Freeborn, Le Sueur, Martin, Nicollet,
Rice, Steele, Waseca and Watonwan. In southeast Minnesota, Goodhue.

* WHEN...From 1 AM CDT Tuesday through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms should occur
from early Tuesday morning through Tuesday evening. This
activity will have a very good chance at producing heavy
rainfall rates due to high precipitable water values and
