Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Baldwin Peninsula, Lower Kobuk Valley, and Northern Seward Peninsula. * WHEN...From 10 AM Wednesday to 10 PM AKDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds will arrive midday/early afternoon on Wednesday and continue through Wednesday night.
