...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING... * WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Alabama, including the following areas, Colbert, Cullman, DeKalb, Franklin AL, Jackson, Lauderdale, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Marshall and Morgan and southern middle Tennessee, including the following areas, Franklin TN, Lincoln and Moore. * WHEN...Through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms may produce an additional 1.5 to 3 inches of rainfall on top of what has already fallen today, with locally higher amounts up to 5 inches. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
