* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 20 to 25 kt
with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 5 to 8 feet expected. For the
Gale Warning, south winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and
seas 14 to 19 feet expected.

* WHERE...Sandy Hook NJ to Montauk Point NY out 20 nm.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to
6 AM EDT Monday. For the Gale Warning, from 6 AM Monday to 6
AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
