Additional snow accumulations between 1 to 6 inches below 8000 feet, 5 to 12 inches above 8000 feet, and locally up to 15 inches across higher terrain along the Sierra crest. Winds peak along the crest gusting as high as 60 mph and up to 35 to 45 mph along Highway 395. * WHERE...Mono County. * WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult during periods of snow. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
