* WHERE...Northern Lake (Gravelly Valley Airport), Northeastern
Interior Mendocino (Round Valley, including Covelo), and Southern
Trinity (Hayfork Valley and Peanut, Hwy 36 corridor from about Mad
River to Forest Glen, and Ruth).

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 9 AM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
