Fresno-Clovis, Hanford - Corcoran - Lemoore, Merced - Madera -
Mendota, Planada - Le Grand - Snelling, Southeast San Joaquin
Valley, Visalia - Porterville - Reedley, and West Side of Fresno
and Kings Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
