For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 24 expected. * WHERE...Portions of east central Georgia and central South Carolina. * WHEN...For the Lake Wind Advisory, until 4 AM EST Tuesday. For the Freeze Warning, from 8 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
