...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING THROUGH LATE FRIDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Alabama, including the following
areas, Coffee, Dale, Geneva, Henry and Houston, Florida, including
the following areas, Calhoun, Central Walton, Coastal Bay, Holmes,
Inland Bay, Jackson, North Walton, South Walton and Washington,
and Georgia, including the following areas, Baker, Calhoun, Clay,
Decatur, Dougherty, Early, Lee, Miller, Mitchell, Quitman,
Randolph, Seminole, Terrell, Turner and Worth.

* WHEN...From Thursday morning through late Friday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall are expected from Thursday
through Friday. Rainfall amounts of 2 to 5 inches are
expected with locally higher amounts likely. High rainfall
rates will increase the chance of dangerous to life
threatening flash flooding.
