...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Illinois...

Fox River at Dayton affecting La Salle County.

Fox River at Montgomery affecting Kane and Kendall Counties.

Fox River at Algonquin Lock & Dam tailwater affecting Kane,
McHenry and Lake IL Counties.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and forecasted to continue.

* WHERE...Fox River from Red Gate Road in St. Charles downstream to
Millington, including the Montgomery gauge.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 13.5 feet, Low-lying parking lots at city hall and
Boy Scout Island are threatened in St. Charles. Fox River Trail is
threatened at St. Mary Park in St. Charles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 13.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to remain steady through
early next week.
- Flood stage is 13.5 feet.

Information:
A Flood Warning means water levels above flood stage are imminent or
may already be occurring. Persons along rivers and streams in the
warned area should take immediate precautions to protect life and
property.

These forecasts are based almost entirely on observed precipitation
as little to no additional precipitation is currently expected over
the next 24 to 48 hours.

Fox River at Dayton affecting La Salle County.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and forecasted to continue.

* WHERE...Fox River from Johnsburg downstream to Red Gate Road in
St. Charles, including the Algonquin Lock & Dam tailwater gauge.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Structures threatened along River Street,
Johnson Street, and Maiden Lane in East Dundee. North Harrison
Street threatened near Riverside Park in Algonquin. Washington
Street threatened in Carpentersville. Water Street, Edwards
Avenue, and Elgin Avenue threatened in East Dundee. Bayview Road
threatened in Elgin. Low-lying areas of Festival Park are
threatened in Elgin.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 11.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to continue gradually rising
into next week. At this point, it is expected to remain just
below Major Flood Stage.
- Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
