Tiffin River at Stryker affecting Defiance, Fulton OH and Williams Counties. Tippecanoe River near Ora affecting Pulaski County. Tippecanoe River above Winamac affecting White, Carroll and Pulaski Counties. Saint Joseph River Michigan at Niles affecting Cass MI, St. Joseph and Berrien Counties. Some residences begin to be affected by flood water and the Winamac town park floods. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:00 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 9.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 10.2 feet early Monday afternoon.
