development. Ridges will be milder, with little or no frost
expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast
Kentucky.

* WHEN...The Frost Advisory is in effect from 11 PM EDT tonight to 9
AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
