* WHAT...Southwest winds to 40 knots and waves 12 to 16 feet
expected.

* WHERE...The open waters of Lake Ontario from the Niagara River
to the Saint Lawrence River.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

Information: 
Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
