...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM THIS MORNING UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

...The National Weather Service in Marquette has issued a Flood
Advisory for the following rivers in Michigan...

Black River near Bessemer affecting Gogebic County.

.Warming temperatures will accelerate snowmelt early this week.
Flows in rivers will increase quickly and could rise into Flood
Warning. Rainfall is expected to continue during this time period,
which could result in rivers rising above the current forecast.

* WHAT...Elevated river levels caused by rain and snowmelt are
occurring.

* WHERE...Black River near Bessemer.

* WHEN...From this morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Which is flood stage...water impacts low
lying areas of properties along Black River Road and Hedberg Road

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 6.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 9.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 9.7
feet tomorrow evening.
- Action stage is 9.5 feet.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
