...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 PM EDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Existing water from heavy rainfall last week is routing
through the streams, rivers and lakes. Water is gradually
receding, but is still flooding low lying areas, creeks, streams,
and rivers.

* WHERE...A portion of northern Michigan, including the following
counties, Crawford, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Missaukee and
Wexford.

* WHEN...Until 745 PM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is occurring. Several structures are
flooded and roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect areas of
slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 231 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding ongoing
in the warned area.

Information: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
