Tahquamenon River near Paradise affecting Luce County. .Rainfall has fallen over a deep primed snowpack this past week. This has led to increased snowmelt, potentially bringing the river heights to hazardous levels. * WHAT...Elevated river levels caused by rain and snowmelt are occurring and/or imminent. * WHERE...Tahquamenon River near Paradise. * WHEN...From this evening until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 9.5 feet, The river exceeds bankfull stage At 10.3 feet, The river is at the high water mark set in May of 1960.
