Muskegon River at Bridgeton affecting Newaygo County.

Muskegon River Near Croton affecting Newaygo County.

Muskegon River At Evart affecting Osceola County.

Grand River at Robinson Township affecting Ottawa County.

Portage River near Vicksburg affecting Kalamazoo County.

Muskegon River at Newaygo affecting Newaygo County.

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in

Maple River at Maple Rapids affecting Clinton County.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Muskegon River at Evart.

* WHEN...Until late Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, Expect significant flooding in the area of
M66 and 9 mile, impacting homes in the Jefferies, Doc and Tom,
Timberlane Drive and Wildlife Shores subdivisions. Roads become
un-navigable in the Jefferies, Doc and Tom, and Wildlife Shores
subdivisions. Evacuation of homes in the flooded area may be
necessary. Significant Road closures along River Road between 80th
Avenue and M66. Flooding of homes in low lying areas along River
Road between 80th Avenue and M66 also occurs.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:15 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 13.2 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 9:15 AM EDT Tuesday was 13.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late Thursday morning and continue falling to 10.5 feet

- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
13.3 feet on 03/31/1943.

Information:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
