For the Saginaw River...including Saginaw...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Saginaw River at Saginaw. * WHEN...Until Tuesday afternoon. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 AM EDT Friday the stage was 18.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.9 feet tomorrow morning.
