For the Biloxi River...including Lyman...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Biloxi River near Lyman. * WHEN...Until Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Major flooding will occur in Retreat and Riverland Village Subdivisions at the 16 foot stage. Homes on lower Fisherman Trail will remain flooded and lower River Road will be impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 AM CDT Friday the stage was 14.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will continue rising to a crest of 16.0 feet just after midnight tonight.
