...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL WEDNESDAY, JULY 22...

...The Flood Advisory is extended for the following rivers in
Louisiana...Mississippi...

Mississippi River At Natchez affecting Adams, Wilkinson and
Concordia Counties.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Natchez.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday, July 22.

* IMPACTS...At 38.0 feet, Lowlands along the river in areas not
protected by levees begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 12:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 37.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fluctuate over the next
week, before rising to near 38.0 feet again Tuesday, July 21.
- Action stage is 38.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 48.0 feet.
