* WHERE...In Maryland, Maryland Beaches County. In North Carolina,
Eastern Currituck and Western Currituck Counties. In Virginia,
Northampton and Accomack Counties, and Virginia Beach.

* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 8 PM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
