Total snow accumulations from a dusting to up to 3 inches in the valleys, with 2 to 6 inches expected above 3500 feet. As much as 10 inches possible on the highest peaks along the Tennessee border. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Graham, Haywood, Madison, Mitchell, and Yancey Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...The heavy snow will make many roads impassable and may produce widespread power outages due to the weight of the snow on tree limbs and power lines.
