tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Western and central North Dakota.

* WHEN...From midnight CST /11 PM MST/ tonight to noon CST /11 AM
MST/ Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are possible. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Tuesday morning commute. Strong winds
could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Freezing rain will make roads slippery.
Blowing snow will reduce visibility.
