11 AM Friday to 11 PM PDT Saturday. The Fire Weather Watch has
been upgraded to a Red Flag Warning.

* CHANGES...Fire Weather Watch upgraded to a Red Flag Warning.

* Affected Area...Fire Weather Zone 420 Northern Sierra Front
including Carson City, Douglas, Storey, Southern Washoe,

lightning holdovers.
