...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 1030 AM EST THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...The following counties, in southwest Ohio, Butler and Warren. * WHEN...Until 1030 AM EST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 803 AM EST, Some minor flooding continues due to earlier heavy rain. Local law enforcement reported scattered areas of minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 2 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Rainfall through early afternoon is expected to remain widely scattered, with less than 0.25 inches expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Hamilton, Middletown, Fairfield, Mason, Oxford, Lebanon, Springboro, Sharonville, Monroe, Loveland, Trenton, Franklin, Carlisle, Blanchester, South Middletown, West Chester, Ross, Waynesville, Morrow and Seven Mile.
