...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM CST THIS EVENING FOR WARM, DRY, AND BREEZY CONDITIONS FOR THE WESTERN AND CENTRAL COMBINED PANHANDLES...

* WINDS...Southwest 20.0 to 30.0 mph with gusts up to 50.0 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...In the mid 60s in the western panhandles to
upper 70s in the eastern panhandles.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will have the potential to
spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* SEVERITY...

FUELS (ERC)...70th-89th percentile...4 (out of 5).

WEATHER...Critical...3 (out of 5).

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
