Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches possible. * WHERE...Elk and McKean Counties. * WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 1 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There will be flurries and light snow during the day today with accumulations up to an inch possible by sunset. However, the majority of snowfall is expected to fall between Monday night and late Tuesday morning.
