Total snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches on the ridges, with generally lower amounts expected in the valleys. Winds gusts in excess of 40 mph are expected as well, and could result in blowing snow and reduced visibilities. * WHERE...Somerset County. * WHEN...From 8 AM Sunday to 1 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and poor visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow squalls are most possible before noon.
