* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.

* WHERE...Bedford, Blair, Cambria, and Somerset Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest winds will be on the ridge tops.
Snow showers will also be occurring while the wind is strong. That
will mean blowing snow and lowered visibilities at times.

Information:
Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.

Scattered snow showers producing moderate to briefly heavy snow
will impact the area this afternoon. These bursts of snow may
quickly reduce visibility to less than half a mile and result in
slick roads, increasing the potential for accidents. Use extra

cars ahead.
