Northwestern Windsor County in southern Vermont... * Until 300 AM EDT. * At 201 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Schoolhouse Bay, moving southeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind damage to trees and powerlines. * Locations impacted include... Rutland, Port Henry, Middlebury, Woodstock, Cornwall, Sudbury, Killington, Salisbury, Rutland City, Wallingford, Orwell, Rutland - Southern Vermont Airport, Benson, Pomfret, Plymouth, Chittenden, West Rutland, Whiting, Ira, and West Castleton. This includes Interstate 87 between mile markers 97 and 110.
