Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Patchy blowing dust may reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highest winds expected over higher elevations and wind-proned areas, including Highway 97 in the Simcoe Highlands and along Interstate 90 east of Ellensburg. The primary window of strongest winds is expected 8 pm to 2 am.
