...EXTREME HEAT WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT MDT WEDNESDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Extremely hot daytime temperatures combined with warm
overnight lows will produce cumulative heat stress.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Montana and north central Wyoming.

* WHEN...Until midnight MDT Wednesday Night.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat events.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dangerously hot conditions with temperatures
of 98 to 106 today through Wednesday. Overnight lows will remain
well above normal providing only limited relief.

Information:
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose
fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning
or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and
heat stroke.
