Frostbite and hypothermia are likely if exposed to these temperatures. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chills will be below -40F during the nighttime hours. Daytime wind chills may rise to the -30s due to diurnal swings in temperatures.
