* WHEN...Until 500 PM AKDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is expected or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 840 PM AKDT, flood waters continue to slowly recede. Due
to the extensive high water and inundation, this process
could take several days. Residents should use caution in
around high water.
