* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, south winds 20 to
25 kt and seas 6 to 8 ft expected. For the Gale Warning, south
winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas 21 to 26 ft
expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds
20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 21 to 26 ft
expected.

* WHERE...Cape Spencer to Cape Fairweather out to 15 NM and Cape
Edgecumbe to Cape Spencer from 15 to 80 NM.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, from 4 PM this
afternoon to 7 PM AKDT this evening. For the Gale Warning,
from 7 PM this evening to 7 PM AKDT Tuesday. For the second
Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM Tuesday to 4 PM AKDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

Information: 
Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.
