...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON AKST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Northwest winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
This will lead to cold wind chills as low as 55 below expected.

* WHERE...Upper Tanana Valley.

* WHEN...Until noon AKST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 60 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will subside this evening as the sun
begins to set.
