* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and
seas 4 to 7 ft.

* WHERE...Southeast North Carolina and Northeast South Carolina
coastal waters.

* WHEN...Until midnight EST Thursday night. A period of winds and
seas below criteria is anticipated in the NC coastal waters
between about 12 AM and 7 AM tonight before ramping up again.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
