* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds 10 to 15
kt with gusts up to 25 kt. For the Gale Warning, west winds 10
to 20 kt with gusts up to 35 kt expected.

* WHERE...Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor and Patuxent
River to Broomes Island MD.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until midnight EST
tonight. For the Gale Warning, from midnight tonight to 6 PM
EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels.
