* AFFECTED AREA...Brooks, Inland Kenedy, Southern Hidalgo,
Inland Willacy, Inland Cameron and Northern Hidalgo.

* TIMING...Through Wednesday afternoon.

* WINDS...South 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
