...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Snow transitioning to localized lake effect snow tonight
through early Thursday. Lake effect snow accumulations 2 to 5
inches in the most persistent lake snows.

* WHERE...Wayne and Northern Cayuga Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute.

Information:

Lake effect snow will fall in relatively narrow bands. If traveling,
be prepared for rapidly changing road conditions and visibilities.
