...FLOOD WARNING FOR SNOWMELT REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Washington...

Stehekin River at Stehekin affecting Chelan County.

For the Stehekin River...including Stehekin...Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Stehekin River at Stehekin.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 20.5 feet, Water inundates some properties and
overtops the temporary corduroy bridge. Company Creek Road
inundated at northern end. Battalion Creek culverts are beginning
to be overtopped. Water begins damaging Wood Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 AM PDT Tuesday the stage was 20.3 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 19.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise back above flood stage late
this afternoon and see a crest at around 20.9 feet Wednesday
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage for a brief
time Thursday into Thursday night. It will then see an
additional rise above flood stage Friday night where it will
continue to rise through the weekend to around 21.3 feet
early next week.
- Flood stage is 20.5 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
22.5 feet on 05/12/2019.

cars through flooded areas.
