* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 15 to 25
kt with gusts up to 30 kt and waves 3 to 6 ft expected. For
the Gale Warning, northeast winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to
35 kt and waves 7 to 10 ft expected.

* WHERE...Grand Portage to Grand Marais MN and Outer Apostle
Islands Beyond 5 NM from Mainland.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 10 PM this evening
to 4 AM CDT Monday. For the Gale Warning, from 4 AM to 7 PM
CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
