Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County.

Iowa River at Wapello affecting Louisa County.

Iowa River near Lone Tree affecting Louisa, Johnson and Washington
Counties.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Cedar River near Conesville.

* WHEN...Until Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 14.5 feet, Water affects residences along Iowa Highway
22. Water affects Hoot Owl Jct and Elder Avenue south of Iowa
Highway 22.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 14.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is currently cresting and will begin to
gradually fall this afternoon. It is expected to fall below flood
stage on Thursday.
- Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Information: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
