* AFFECTED AREA...In Nebraska, Dixon. In South Dakota, Gregory,
Jerauld, Sanborn, Brule, Aurora, Davison, Hanson, McCook,
Minnehaha, Charles Mix, Douglas, Hutchinson, Turner, Lincoln,
Bon Homme, Yankton, Clay and Union.

* WINDS...West 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread
quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
