Grand River at Lansing affecting Ingham County. Sycamore Creek At Holt affecting Ingham County. Red Cedar River At East Lansing affecting Ingham County. Thornapple River Above Hastings affecting Barry County. Rogue River below Rockford affecting Kent County. White River near Whitehall affecting Muskegon County. Chippewa River below Mt. Pleasant affecting Isabella County. ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Michigan... Looking Glass River Near Eagle affecting Clinton County. One final round of rain moves through late tonight and adds an additional one-half inch or so of rain to most areas. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Rogue River below Rockford. * WHEN...Until early Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Expect minor flooding of homes upstream of Rockford. At 8.5 feet, Flooding begins on portions of the trails at the Rockford Dog Park. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM EDT Friday the stage was 8.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:00 AM EDT Friday was 8.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 8.3 feet this afternoon.
