...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Guam, Rota, Saipan and Tinian.

* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Super Typhoon Sinlaku is is approaching Tinian and Saipan
tonight. Rainfall amounts upwards of 15 to 25 inches are
possible near the center.

- With a track near or over Saipan, rainfall totals of 6 to
12 inches, with locally higher amounts, are more likely for
Guam, with 10 to 18 inches for Rota.
