...The National Weather Service in Grand Forks ND has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Minnesota...North Dakota...

Red River of the North at Oslo affecting Grand Forks, Polk, Walsh
and Marshall Counties.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Red River of the North at Oslo.

* WHEN...From Wednesday morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, City begins closing flood gates.
At 23.0 feet, ACTION STAGE/FORECAST SERVICE STAGE. Pump operations
begin.
At 30.0 feet, MODERATE FLOOD. Levee and floodwall patrols begin.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 19.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
Wednesday and continue rising to 32.5 feet around Saturday or
Sunday.
- Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
