Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mississippi River at Gladstone LD18. * WHEN...Until Saturday evening. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 10.3 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:30 PM CDT Monday was 10.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.4 feet early Wednesday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
