...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST MONDAY... * WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 6 inches. The heaviest amounts will be near the Marquette/Alger county line and higher terrain of Marquette County, locally up to 8 inches is possible in these areas. * WHERE...Alger and Marquette Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A lull in the snow showers is expected through this evening. Snow showers are expected to increase in coverage late tonight into Monday morning.
