Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Scott and Clinton Counties. Rock River near Joslin affecting Rock Island, Whiteside and Henry IL Counties. Rock River at Moline affecting Rock Island and Henry IL Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Rock River near Joslin. * WHEN...Until early Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, Water affects some summer cottages along the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.7 feet and steady. - The river is near crest now. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon and continue falling to 7.4 feet Sunday, June 21. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
